Our emotional appeal to horses makes us feel very close to them. For a lot of you, a horse is as important as a family member. The more time you get to spend with them, the more connected you are and the story that we are about to bring is the perfect example of that.
Marek Slodkowski saw his horse named Freedom fallen into a maintenance pit. He never imagined that he would see something like this, especially after 13 years of raising horses. First, Slodkowski began to stuff the pit with hay, but it didn’t work. Later he called the fire department and the workers came.
They tried to lift Freedom out, but he was too heavy. Marek was very anxious as the horse was becoming weaker and weaker. “Don’t die”, he whispered. “It will be okay”, he added. Then something amazing happened. It was like Freedom had been struck with an idea on her own.
Freedom got back up on her feet after hours of being unable to stand. This was probably one of the happiest moments of Marek’s life. With the love and support of Marek, Freedom managed to push through and recuperate from her conditions. Please share this amazing story with your friends.
