It is really incredible how much horses can learn from you; you will probably not even notice. Horses are really intelligent animals and they really learn fast, even comparing them to other animals. Of course, I wouldn’t say that it is easy to teach them something but I guarantee that it is way easier teaching them than the majority of other pet animals that you might think of. Believe it or not, but they have a really huge potential within them.
It is crazy to believe that there are horses out there who can do a lot of mathematical calculations and it sounds totally insane when you think about it. Other horses might not be as impressive in math, but they do have other hidden talents as well and of course, I am not talking talents regarding competitions in the horse world. The horse that we are going to talk about has a very special talent as well, he is one of the greatest horse dancers that you can find out there.
He loves listening to music and every time he hears a beautiful song he can’t help it but start jamming to the song. When this young woman turns on Meghan Trainor’s “All About That Bass,” there’s nothing you can do to stop this horsey from bopping to the beat. Clearly, this guy likes the chart-toppers more than anything else! Who can blame him? It’s such an easy song to dance to.
What is actually more surprising is the fact that different horses have different music tastes, the same as humans. There are horses who really enjoy listening to heavy metal music and might not get as excited when they listen to other genres of music. Same as us, music gives them the feeling of relaxation or happiness.
It is a great idea to educate horses with music as you will see that it will most likely affect their behavior in an incredible way. If you think about it, it does not seem something of high importance until you get to try these successful relaxation methods with your horses. Does your horse have a favorite tune as well?
