There is nothing more important than following your dreams and passions you have had since you were a child and cultivate them better. Real equestrians have shown us that age is just a number when it comes to riding horses. We have seen people from different ages, different cultures, and ethnicities who have one thing in common: Their tremendous love for horses.
You would have thought that as you age, the love may fade but, on the contrary, it only grows stronger. To prove you what a real equestrian is capable of doing and to defy all the odds a woman named Georgia Stepp, 95-year-old, decided to ride her horse at Mariposa County Fair and Rodeo.
We aren’t used to seeing mature people riding a horse because at their age, it is very difficult for them to move quickly but this brave woman proved us all that a real rider never surrenders and left the audience speechless. As you can see in the video below, she even carries the American flag as she continues to ride the horse peacefully.
The incredible was posted on Facebook by her daughter, Debbie Neely who also wrote, “Not many, 95 year old’s, can walk, much fewer ride horses, and trot, carrying the American flag, at a rodeo. This was my mom, Georgia Stepp, just turned 95, at Mariposa County Fair and Rodeo, last night. She got a standing ovation.”
This video was very emotional and left us all amazed, by showing us all that a real equestrian is capable of doing everything for horses. Please watch the video below and share it to support amazing Georgia and her daughter.
