As you all know, horses are herd animals and you can tell that they really enjoy the accompany of each other. It is true that horses get along with a lot of other animals as well as they are one of the most sociable species that you can ever find, however, you can tell that they are most comfortable with individuals within the same species.
A very important reason that leads to the conclusion that wild horses are usually happier than the domesticated ones is the fact that they actually stay in herds in the wilderness on the contrary to spending a lot of time in the barn as domesticated animals. It is true that can provide a horse all the things they need in the barn and you can do an amazing job as a horse owner, however, their natural instinct, even when these horses are not in contact with huge groups of horses, leads them to stay in the herd.
It is really rare to see wild horses separate from each other, only in cases when one loses its way for the other members of the herd. The horses in the video below are not wild, yet they are running together happier than ever. There is actually an endless number of them as the video is around 4 minutes long and a lot of these horses keep going in the same directions.
They are all so synchronized, which is surprising for such a huge group, especially with a lot of other people looking at them as they walkthrough. Such amazing horses, aren’t they? Let’s not forget the fact that they are absolutely beautiful as well so all the people who are riding some of the horses in the herd must consider themselves really lucky.
It would be the dream of a lot of people to be there at that moment, at least I would have like to have been in the place of the people who get to see this in person. I would like you to guess the total number of horses. I know it is difficult, but it quite a lot, that’s for sure. I won’t dare to guess, anyway. I’d rather just enjoy this beautiful video. Have fun watching it!
