We all love spending snowy days inside our warm homes wrapped in a cozy blanket while drinking hot cocoa or chocolate. It is also a great way to spend more quality time with your horse, playing and running around in the snowy days.
But as we all know holidays come to an end and we all have to go to work even if outside our home is snowing a lot. The problem is that not all of us have four-wheel trucks snow vehicles so that we can drive to work. A woman named Gabby Lagdon from Burlington in North Carolina surprised us all and found the perfect solution to drive to work even though her car was buried because of the blizzard.
I know you all wondering how did she manage to go to work without a car on such a snowy day? The answer is very simple: She took her horse at work! Lagdon said that there wasn’t a better way to get to work than to ride her horse.
You can get him out, exercise with him, and enjoy the wonderful scenery on the way. She had to ride seven miles to work on her horse named Rascal. She got lots of smiles and congratulations on her way, as she made the day of all the people passing by and her coworkers.
The only problem was that she had to leave work before dark because as we know horses can’t see in the dark and he didn’t have any headlights. We encourage more equestrians to try this experience once in their life!
