People think that when they are riding out and they see an obstacle they want to have a challenge and help their horse grow. The bridge in this video is really narrow and made of pieces of metal and when you walk on it with a horse there is danger and few people are willing to take the risk. Every time you get your horse to face his fear and move past it, your horse and you become better.
So in a crisis, when you need your horse to listen in order to save him, your odds of succeeding are greatly increased. Of course it is really scary for both the horse and the rider to cross it but the guy gives it a try and succeeds. We must stress here that this is the last crossing the horse has done and he never crossed that bridge again.
But we all agree that if you teach a horse to deal with his fear it will always pay off in the long run. They must push past to their instinctual fears and listen to a strong and proven leader. What do you think about this? Watch the video and share your opinions with us!
