Good news always makes people happy and the emotions they feel may last for days. What you are going to watch in this video is really good news as a family herd of Shetland ponies were rescued. This family herd consisted of 28 pregnant mares and 2 stallions and apparently the previous owner, who bred them for profit, had no further use for them.
You always wonder and it breaks your heart when you ask the question “How could anyone abandon these animals?” and especially if you are really fond of animals your heart goes out to these poor creatures. Every owner should take great care to provide a great environment for the animals but there are always bad apples in every barrel.
But thank to Hillside Animal Sanctuary these Shetland ponies are doing really great and all this because of the hard work they all put into producing a safe, friendly, and secure home for them.
