I bet most of the equestrians have heard at least once about Cavalia: A legendary equestrian show that has made a name for themselves over the past few years. It was founded in 2003 and ever since they’ve been touring all over the world with their self-titled acrobatic and equestrian show. Its founder is Normand Latourelle, who started it all in a small town near Montreal.
Everyone in his town wanted to see his show and were fascinated by it, that’s why he could not leave the city easily. We must say that since the beginning they were much more than just a modest horse show and this huge production still stands amongst the most amazing equine shows. They are known worldwide for their incredible performing stallions and geldings.
It is safe to say that this show stands out against other horse shows. Seeing these powerful horses running wild and pulling off unbelievable tricks during the show is simply amazing and keeps fans coming back. They currently have two productions: Cavalia (currently in China) and Odysseo (currently touring in Canada and the United States).
There are 65 horses and more than 200 employees for Cavalia behind the world’s biggest equine touring group. Cavalia and Odysseo are much more than just horse shows because they feature exotic dance, aerial and acrobatic stunts, technology, multimedia, special effects, live music, and singing!
