Clydesdale Horses Who Collapsed During Show Have Breathtaking Comeback

The Budweiser Clydesdales are arguably the most famous group of horses in the world. They’re known for their strength, elegance, and the sheer magnitude of their size. Each Clydesdale on the team stands at least 18 hands high, and they all have a bay coat, four white stockings, a blaze of white on the face, a black mane, and a black tail. Individually these horses are incredible to look at, but when you put them together and watch their synchronized movements, it’s truly awe-inspiring.

As with everything else they do, the fall happened all at once as if it was planned. The crowd gasped in horror at the unified fall while the announcer told everyone not to panic. A group of people rushed to help the horses, and they frantically checked for injuries. It took a few minutes for the horses to recover, but when they were finally able to stand together again, they made a courageous exit from the arena. The entire ordeal was caught on video, and it’s quite the sight to see.

The team of draft horses has come to be a symbol for the Budweiser brand. They’re famous for commercial appearances (especially their annual Super Bowl commercials), but the team also travels the country to visit with fans and educate the public about the Clydesdale breed.

The horses are experienced performers, but every now and then, the show doesn’t go as planned. The team of Budweiser Clydesdales was working in front of a packed crowd at an indoor arena when something suddenly went wrong. The crowd was transfixed by the beautiful synchronized movements as the giant draft horses maneuvered a wagon around the arena. But when the team went to make a turn, the horses suddenly collapsed to the ground.
