Fuego XII was born in 1998 and he is an Andalusian breed PRE (Pura Raza Espanola which means pure Spanish horse). His rider is the Spanish equestrian Juan Manuel Munoz Diaz and together they won the 2008 Spanish Grand Prix dressage. Juan Manuel Munoz Diaz and his horse Fuego XII were able to steal all the spotlight in the Grand Prix Kür at the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky.

They finished fifth in this competition with a score of 81,450 percent, but they won the night and all people’s hearts by giving this brilliant and memorable performance, who even after nine years is still remembered and talked about by all dressage audience.

It seems like him and the rider were enjoying their phenomenal dressage so much and all they wanted was for the audience to understand their passion even through tough technical movements. The audience responded by giving them a long standing ovation who took our breath away. That’s what proper dressage should look like!
