One of the most beautiful things to see is when a mare horse gives birth to her baby foal. It is one of the most emotional moments ever and every person who is passionate about horses should witness the birth of a baby foal at least once on his/her life. It is a difficult and painful moment for the mare, the same as in human pregnancies. The moment when the foal comes to life is really cute, being there for it and getting to see how fast and well does it adjust to the outside world is amazing.
Some of them might be really lazy and stay close to their mothers all the time, while there are others who are more energetic that will not stop running around. No matter what, their mother will always be very overprotective of them. With some mares, it is almost impossible to get close to their baby foals as they perceive every person or other animals as dangerous. Even owners who have spent many years with their mares might have to face the same problem as well, which is quite understandable.
However, the point of these photos, as you can see, is not the relationship between mares and their foals but their similarity which is really difficult to believe. You can tell that they are identical in an unbelievable way. Imagine if these foals were grown up, you would barely distinguish them from their mothers, that’s how much they look alike. I would be very curious to see photos of these mares a few days after they were born to make a comparison.
I am pretty sure that a lot of these foals would look really similar to their mothers when they were their age. I keep looking at the photos and the similarity is crazy, especially for the pairs who have a lot of similar marks. Not only identical, but they are also very stunning as well. I really believe that we will get to see a lot of other identical mare-foal pairs in the future that are going to be as amazing as these ones.
