A very difficult thing in life is when you are close to someone who is in critical health conditions and then you have no idea what to do to help this person push through such a situation. Such a thing might not only happen with humans but with animals also. Now imagine if this animal is a newborn one who was just born and the moment it comes to life gives no signs whether it is alive or not.
Then it is even more complicated than with a grown-up animal because the babies are way less delicate so everything you might try to do for help might also make the situation worse. Well, such situations are not very frequent, which is good for the fact that people do not get to experience it often but on the other hand, being infrequent is also associated with the lack of information on what to do because you usually do not get prepared for things that might barely happen.
Honestly, I would have not known what to do if I was in one of the situations that I mentioned above, however, this man in the video below sure does as he was part of a very difficult situation when a newborn female dog came out with her eyes closed and he thought that the dog might have probably been dead as well.
Luckily, he thought of something that definitely saved her life because, in such a situation, it would be very critical to wait for a vet, that’s why he performed a CPR (It is an emergency procedure consisting of mouth-to-mouth respiration and chest compressions). It turned out to be very effective as the newborn dog was brought back to life.
A few hours later, she got fed by her mum and everything was getting more stabilized regarding her health. It was a very stressful situation and it was totally unsure what would have happened if this man didn’t do anything but waited for the vets to arrive instead. That is why it is always got to be informed about such situations because you never know if you will ever end up into a similar one.
