Is there any cuter horse breed than a Shetland pony? I personally don’t think so. They are simply adorable and every person who owns a Shetland pony should consider themselves lucky. Due to their intelligence, positivity, and gentleness to others, these horses are the perfect choice for children’s pony.
On specific occasions, they might become a little bit impatient and irritated, so if you don’t behave very carefully around them, these adorable ponies can even become stubborn and spoiled. In the following video, a lucky family gets the chance to meet one impressive Shetland pony.
As you can observe from the video the kids are attempting to feed the pony, but it seems that this Shetland pony is simply not in the right mood to be fed or to be around new people. One of the reasons we may add to justify his behavior is maybe because he felt like he didn’t have the space he needed because they were all standing very close to him.
Shetland ponies owners say that it really sets them off when you wave and jump in front of them or behind their back. It really scares the pony so he reacts by kicking and chasing each family member whilst moving in circles.
These are all speculations because maybe he is just another spoiled, stubborn pony who wants to enjoy nature all by himself. Please watch this interesting video and let us know in the comments your opinion about this Shetland pony. What do you think set him off?
