People who have never ridden a horse in their life think that riding horses is not a sport, but simply a hobby. They think that way because they don’t ride themselves, probably. And to them, it looks like you’re just sitting up there and the horse is doing everything. But that’s not true at all! Horse riding involves exactness, discipline, commitment, physical exertion, timing, equilibrium, coordination — and lots more.
You also have to read the horses’ language and speaks to them in that way. It is definitely a sport and not everyone can do it! It’s difficult to do it, even when you have all the right equipment let alone when you are riding without reins. But a talented trainer named Stephan Rohde has proven how skilled he is by giving a pleasant performance even though he is not using reins.
As you can see, he is riding a beautiful Quarter Horse mare named Easy Skankin. His appearance shows the perfect connection between a rider and his horse without the use of reins! During his ride, he didn’t lose the bond with his horse and their connection was simply fascinating.
He really did an amazing job. It’s such a positive aspect that he has full control of this horse and together they make a great team. They are living proof that nothing beats practice, hard work, and dedication.
They deserve all the good words! Don’t miss watching the cute video below and share it with your friends to show Rohde and horse some support!
