Soccer is a sport that lots of us have enjoyed at some point or another in our lives. I know that when I was little, almost every single kid in my town played at one point or another. Our parents would show up to the games and cheer us on from the sidelines, bring us sliced oranges, and take us out for ice cream afterward if we played an extra-good game.
Or, if we played an extra-bad game and needed a good pick-me-up. The most fun part of soccer, for me, was all of the running around I did. Except, it wasn’t just running in circles, it was running with a purpose.
Plus, I got to work with the rest of my team to get the ball all the way down the field toward the opponents’ net. What a rush it was! This little horse, named Romeo, really, really likes soccer as well. He’s a miniature stallion with lots of gusto, as his name implies, and he just can’t get enough of it.
He may be playing on a team of one, but that doesn’t stop him from having the time of his life! He sprints all throughout the space with just as much agility and grace as a standard-size horse. It seems like it couldn’t get any better than his first ball choice, but wait until he switches over to the big guns!
