As you all know, the thing that horses like to do the most is running around. We, as horse people but not only can easily observe the happiness on a horse’s face when it runs around the barn, in the sea or wherever.
It radiates such a great positivity, that’s why the horse owner does their best to keep that mood of the horse permanently. It is not easy, that’s for sure, but a good horse owner will always found a way in order to keep his/her horse happy. Let’s meet Shine, the mini pony with only three functional legs.
It was impossible for this adorable baby boy to run around because one of his legs was not functional, so the vets of Colorado State University Vet Teaching Hospital had to come up with a solution. They did everything possible in order to bring happiness back to Shine and they for sure succeeded.
Shine got a new 3D printed prosthetic leg courtesy. Now he can run around like any other horse. You can tell from the short video that Shine was really thankful. I have to congratulate the amazing team of Colorado State University Vet Teaching Hospital for the amazing work they’ve done. Great job, everyone!
